I am always hard-pressed to find time to exercise. Between school, work, friends, and sleep, exercise always seems to get left out. But now thanks to Wii Fit Plus, I am able to exercise easily and home in a quick and fun way.

Wii Fit Plus is an exercise routine for anyone of any fitness level to lose weight or keep healthy within the privacy of the home. The activities work out all areas of the body and you can focus on problem areas to customize your workout to. The Wii console and balance board (sold separately) are needed as well. This is the update from the original Wii Fit game with 15 new balance games, as well as new exercises. Fun exercise activities include juggling, skateboarding, an obstacle course, and log-leaping, amongst others.

Cons:

  • You need to be able to motivate yourself to do it
  • Fairly similar to the old Wii Fit
  • Activities can get boring like any other exercise
  • Some standing around between activities when waiting to start the next activity
  • Have to buy the Wii console, balance board, and nunchuck to use
  • May not be good for very young children or older people

It’s a great alternative to a gym or personal training workout. The activities are fun and unique and I can fit it in anytime. The Wii Fit Plus will help you inexpensively lose weight or maintain your exercise goals in a enjoyable and private way to your own specifications and pace.
