If you have dyed, thinning, damaged, post-surgery, or otherwise troubled hair you should consider trying this shampoo! The product is gentle, all natural, raw, vegan, holistic and high quality. The ingredients used in this shampoo are food grade, so even eating this product won’t harm you!
Notably, each shampoo in this line has an element in the title. The Morrocco Method Int’l Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo is also the element “fire.” The various elements are meant to be used in a rotation, employing a different flavor each day. The elements include fire, air, water, earth and ether. However, I have only tried the fire shampoo because I have not needed to try any other type of shampoo since I first used it.

There are several features of this shampoo which stand out: it is rich, moisturizing, and it smells delicious. For these reasons, this is an excellent alternative to the average store-bought shampoo. In addition to making my hair look and feel moisturized and healthy, Morrocco Method uses a holistic approach to keeping your hair healthy. In other words, the product treats more than just your hair. This shampoo is designed to keep your scalp in healthy condition as well, which in turn allows your hair to grow healthy and luxurious. Furthermore, it works without clogging the pores on your scalp so the skin on your head stays healthy. This is one of the best shampoo products I have used on my hair.

The company also claims that this shampoo can be used in a wide variety of ways which I have not personally tested. For example, it can be used to wash delicate clothing made of fabrics like silk and velvet. It can also be used to wash pets and exfoliate your skin. The apple cider vinegar shampoo in particular is recommended by the Morrocco Method website for a relaxing foot soak treatment.

On the down side, this shampoo does not foam and therefore does not spread easily. The mixture is very thick, and the consistency is similar to a body scrub. I have very long, thick hair and it is difficult to wash my whole head with one palm full of this shampoo. I usually need to shampoo twice, as the bottle recommends. This has caused me to go through the product more quickly than other shampoos, and each 6.8 oz bottle is about $17. After using it for a couple weeks my hair can become greasy as well, so once every two weeks I wash my hair with a generic shampoo as well to remove any buildup.

The product is high quality and works wonders, so it is worth the added cost to purchase the Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo instead of a generic shampoo brand!
