This case has a classy sleek look and comes in different colors, which I have discovered that you can mix and match. The most common colors are black, pink, purple, and grey; and if you don’t mind the fading of the outer cover’s matte layer, this case can last for months.
I got my iPhone 4 from Verizon this past March and have been using these cases ever since. I’ve dropped my phone several times and only once did my case crack, but considering the situation, I am more than pleased with my case’s performance. My case was knocked out of my hand and flew a few feet before hitting the ground and skidding to a halt. My phone had no physical damage other than the cracked polycarbonate case, and if I hadn’t been too lazy to take the manufacturer up on their lifetime guarantee, I would have had a new case. Although the case is by no means marketed as having waterproof properties, I have spilled water on my phone and sustained zero damage. Maybe I was just lucky because the liquid was unable to enter the volume buttons due to protection provided by the silicone cover, but either way I didn’t have to spend a ton of money to replace anything.
This case is moderately priced for what it offers, costing only $30, and if you are interested in an upgrade- you can get the same double polycarbonate outer cover and silicone inner cover protection with an added kickstand for only $5 more.
