The Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer with SPF 15 (Model Number: J&J654822) is the perfect facial moisturizer that not only hydrates your skin, but improves skin complexion over time for an affordable price. This inexpensive moisturizer works to bring out the natural glow of your skin, making it an ideal product for my skincare regimen, and hopefully yours as well.
Aveeno’s Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer boasts several features that work simultaneously to bring out the best in my skin. The moisturizer is oil-free and noncomedogenic (does not clog pores), making it ideal even for people who have acne-prone or sensitive skin, like me. It is also hypoallergenic, which is also a relief for people with sensitive skin. The moisturizer also contains Aveeno’s signature “Total Soy Complex”, as the product utilizes and channels the natural power of soy to balance out skin tone and texture over time, specifically 4 weeks or so. The product also contains Vitamin E, which Aveeno claims to have antioxidant properties. Furthermore, the moisturizer also uses “Natural Light Diffusers” that assist in smoothing skin imperfections. And last but not least, this multi-purpose daily lotion contains sunscreen at SPF 15 for protection against UVA and UVB rays. While I cannot validate if the Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer remains loyal to its scientific claims, I can totally admit that the product hydrates my skin very well without aggravating or irritating it. I have used the product religiously for some time, and the moisturizer did indeed improve my facial complexion. I cannot say that it has completely eliminated every imperfection though. This product works extremely well for a moisturizer alone, but does not work miracles on every facial imperfection. Nonetheless, the moisturizer definitely stays true to its claim in enhancing skin tone to a certain extent. The oil-free and noncomedogenic aspects of Aveeno’s Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer are extremely important to proper skincare; people with oily, acne-prone, or sensitive skin simply cannot do without such features.
Therefore, my skin complexion could only benefit from the product’s active soy ingredients and UVA/UVB protection. Although these features are not necessary if you are looking for a simple moisturizer, they are definitely beneficial for proper skincare. This moisturizer is ideal for any skin type, but even better for those with sensitive, acne-prone, dull, and discolored skin. Aveeno also offers variations of its Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer in a tinted form (for extra coverage), and in an SPF 30 version (for stronger sun protection), depending on what you look for in a daily moisturizer.
What I like most about Aveeno’s Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer with SPF 15 is its compatibility with my oily, acne-prone skin. It is also readily available in just about any drug store, with an inexpensive price tag of about $15, depending on your buying location. The moisturizer goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly into my skin, leaving it soft and hydrated. I visibly saw a slight improvement in my skin’s complexion after repeated use, making this product a perfect addition to my skincare army. However, visible results are not immediate, as they do take a fair amount of time.
Finding the perfect moisturizer is hard enough, but the Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer with SPF 15 fits the bill for just about any type of skin type and condition. It even has a few perks on the side to help your skin naturally look better. A lot of expensive moisturizers from high-end brands will promise the same results, but Aveeno’s moisturizer improves your skin just as well for an affordable price.
