Everyone knows that a good night’s sleep is essential to a successful day; just as a night of tossing and turning can put you in a bad mood from when you wake up. I will let you in on a secret that will replace your sleepless nights with dream-filled ones: the Tempur-pedic mattress.
I have been sleeping well for about six years now. The mattress I own, which has been discontinued, is most similar to the Tempur-Contour Signature Queen-size model. This particular one has a medium to firm feel. Tempur-pedic carries many different styles and sizes to suit just about anyone’s needs.
It took a while for me to get used to the firmness because I always had soft mattresses with no support. But when I did, I realized that it was something I could never live without. It provides an incomparable level of comfort. I wake up relaxed every morning, without the familiar back aches and sore muscles caused by my previous spring mattress.
My only issues with the Tempur-pedic is that it is very heavy and difficult to move, and it is virtually impossible to clean as the cover is not removable. But this can be easily be fixed with a mattress protector used under your bed sheet. Though it never bothered me, some people do not prefer this mattress due to its lack of breathability and ability to retain heat.
Though this mattress is more on the expensive end, I believe it is well worth the money in that it improves your overall quality of life. We have enough problems during the day, why deal with more problems during the night?
