Living in a house of dogs and children, I’m always looking for ways to make it smell better. The Scentsy has revolutionized your common household candle. It still uses scented wax but eliminates the need for a flame, which in turn eliminates the dangers that come with an open flame.

Scentsy candle warmers

My first encounter with Scentsy was at my mother-in-law’s house. I stepped in and was immediately overwhelmed by the smell of apples and cinammon. Apparently, she had a Scentsy candle warmer plugged into almost every outlet of the house. I was very intrigued by the idea and she then sent me a set complete with many different scents.

What exactly is a Scentsy Candle Warmer?

Scentsy is essentially a candle without a wick. Instead of melting the wax with fire, the flameless candle warmers use a 25-watt bulb to heat the wax from underneath. With no flame, smoke, or soot, Scentsy is a great and safe replacement for wick candles.

Scentsy has a variety of products that will suit many different needs. I use the full size warmer for my home, which works well to fill up the room with lovely odors. The full size warmers come in many different styles to suit various tastes. There is also a wide selection of wonderful smells to use for your Scentsy.

Different Scentsy flavors

Pros:

  • Variety of designs
  • More than 8O scents
  • No worries about leaving open flames in the house
  • Easy to clean

Cons:

  • Candle warmer gets hot to the touch
  • Requires a plug which can be pulled by a child
  • Hot wax is very dangerous for children

Scentsy candle warmers are the best flameless candles out there and are really worth the money. They are very low maintenance and flexible in the sense that you can change the scents with your mood. Great value and a much safer than regular candles.
